Canker Sore BFP symptom?

Hey ladies! I’m 8 or 9dpo today and I woke up with a canker sore in my bottom lip. 
I haven’t had a canker sore in years! 
I had really noticeable cramps 5dpo and mild cramps and lower back pain 6dpo.
Nothing yesterday. And last night I had multiple vivid dreams.
Anyone experience this??
