Yep it made my anxiety worse too so that’s why I don’t take birth control anymore

It affected me like that during the first cycle in it but not after.

It happens with some women - just how your body reacts to that particular dosage of hormones. I'm on the patch as well, have been for six years, and I'm only emotional when I'm PMSing. It can also take a month or two for your body to get used to the hormones, so it may be that you'll "level out" eventually.

I came off all birth control and now use BBT and this app, with condoms of course.

That happened to me on the mini pill. I didn’t even last one month on it.
