5 dpo, chest congestion

Hi ladies...so I’m currently in my tww, 5dpo. For the last couple of days, I’ve had a stuffy nose, and yesterday my throat started feeling scratchy like it does before I get a cold and I’ve got some chest congestion. I also has extremely sore nipples and I’ve started having small af like cramps, and occasional pinching on my right side from where I ovulated. I know it’s extremely early, and implantation hasn’t completely yet but has anyone else had good results from symptoms this early?
