Any tips on going to a pool while om Period???

I've been to pools before on my period, but this time is a bit different.
I am gonna be with my bf and I haven't seen him in 22 days, so I really wanna go this time.
I am planning on using a tampon, first time using one.
Is it a good idea I use one for the pool ???

definitely use a tampon. for me, when I’m in water, my period stops so it’s not really a problem but as soon as I get out it’s like the floodgates open 😂

Yeah that's your only option unless you use a cup

Definitely use a tampon or a cup. Just try to stay relaxed when putting it in. If you get stressed it makes it harder to put in. And try using one before you go to the pool so you won’t feel rushed to do it.
