Advice..?

Question

I've been with my boyfriend for about a year a half. He's about 10 years older than me (25 & 36). He has 2 teenagers and I have a 2 year old that calls him daddy. I love our family dynamic, I love his kids and he is so good to my daughter. 
However, since moving in together (about 3 months ago), I haven't felt in love with him anymore. I love him as a person and I think the world of him. However, I dont feel in love with him anymore. I feel content with him and that's about it. Is that how relationships are when theres kids? Or is he not the right one..?

It’s a huge transition from seeing each other every so often to actually living together. The “newness” of it starts to fade away, and you learn so much more about each other (are they messy, things they do that irritate you, does he help out, etc). After the newness fades, it’s up to the both of you to maintain a loving relationship, especially if you know he is the one for you, and makes you a better person. 
I’ve been with my husband almost 2 years, married for over 1, I have a daughter and he has one, and I’ve never once felt like I didn’t love him anymore. Maybe you just have to put effort into it, or maybe you truly don’t feel like he is your life person, it’s all about digging into your feelings and really thinking things through.

Moving in together is he huge transition, and even though you love all the time together it’s unbelievably stressful whether you recognize that or not. My boyfriend moved in with me after only 7.5 months being together and although we are blissfully happy there was definitely a period where I looked at him and thought “why did I do this?” I love him to death but that giddy excited teenage feeling went away for a while after he moved in. I think because I had full access to him all the time and wasn’t always looking forward to seeing him, part of it faded. But remembering all the reasons why I loved him and him continuing to treat me with all of the love and support and respect that made me fall in love with him in the first place helped me get that feeling back. He’s been living with me almost a year now and even helps me out at work, so we see each other most of the day every day... yet I still get butterflies when he walks in the door.
You have to give yourself some time to adjust. Remember why you love him, and remind yourself that the shine might fade a bit but as long as he is the same person, those feelings are under there somewhere. Just don’t ever stop putting in effort for each other. Don’t take any part of your relationship for granted just because you see each other all day every day. The little things are what keep relationships going, just remember that and I promise it’ll get better!

I think feelings change, especially when the situation changes.
Being content with him after you move in is actually very positive, a lot of people struggle a lot moving in together.
