Part of my mucus plug!?

I am currently 36 weeks 3 days. Due September 9th. Is this part of my mucus plug? I’ve been having Braxton Hick contraction on and off all week. So ready for my little guy to be here. Hoping this is a start.

It's the mucus plug but this is normal it regenerates it's self seek medical help when your mucus plug has blood in it other than that you're ok

I lost mine at 30 weeks and have strong Braxton hicks everyday. Midwife says it can mean nothing and it actually grows back if you don't labour. I wouldn't worry I'm now 36 weeks x
