FML Genital warts

My ex gave me genital warts and now my vulva is ruined. It's not nice and soft anymore with these bumps and it seems to get worse. FML. I've always been very confident about my private parts, now i am not. I need to get rid of this. I'm too embarassed to ever have sex again.
