Baby Acne?

Is this baby acne? Or something else..

My 1 month old gets this when he gets super fussy/cries... But it goes away when he calms down.  Our pediatrician said as ling as it goes away its Ok.

Baby acne. Breat milk can help it a little! Other wise just give it time to heal Momma!

My son got acne because his head and our arm would sweat when we fed or help him, started using a blanket or wearing long sleeves and cleared up fine
