So my husband has been wanting to buy a duplex and is live in one side and his parents live in the other side.

I like my space. I don’t want to live next to another family, especially not my own family. We have 4 kids and I like my own space. I don’t want to share a yard. I don’t want them to see every move I make. I don’t want them to just look outside when I’m out there with my kids and them come out and talk.

I love them but not THAT much. I’m an extremely private person. He’s not.. clearly. He really wants to live next to them because that’s his family and he wants to see them all the time. He wants to beable to just drop the kids off there whenever and not leave the house.

Would you ever live in a duplex with your husbands family? (Assuming you get along)
