Any doctors/nurses that can help 😭 swollen skin tag

Ok so my inner thigh has been feeling sore all day from where my sanitary pad has been rubbing, first period after having a baby and it's lasted 9 days so far 🙄 not fun. Then I went to the toilet and realised that a skin tag that I've had on my inner thigh for years is massively swollen, like a balloon! I didn't even know that could happen!!! Will it go away? Do I have to get it removed? Is it gonna pop? I'm so confused and it's really sore 😭😭😭 hellllppp! Pic of it next to my finger nail so you can see how freakishly swollen it is 🤦‍♀️
