Trying to get help is like pulling teeth
I am struggling to cope with the loss of my daughter at 16 weeks. It'll be a week on Friday since I have birth to her and I've been calling since Monday for a counselor, psychologist, or psychiatrist and I am getting nowhere. Tried to find someone through my insurance and literally no one is available. I feel so defeated and helpless. Here I am genuinely seeking help to cope with my newly formed postpartum depression, panic attacks, PTSD, as well as my existing MDD and GAD. No wonder people turn to drugs and alcohol. This is a joke.
