PLEASE HELP TMI

I have mirena coil fitted and have had bother with it , it recently moved out of place and I had to get a new one fitted anyway I have been feeling off these past few days and bought a sainsburys pregnancy test and both tests had very very faint lines and now this is cominf out of me

Can anyone give me some advice as I really don’t want to be pregnant at this moment in time
