Huge for 7weeks

My little bear is 7weeks and 2days today,

I have this weird pressure right under my ribs on my right side , not sure how to feel about it lol.. I know the baby isn’t big enough for it to be up there yet, but I’m thinking maybe my organs and everything are just moving around lol
