So confused

I am 14 dpo and AF was due to arrive today. She came..... kinda. I’ve just been spotting. Normally my first day is bloody murder. I’ve been cramping for the last few days and I’ve tested but I keep getting negative results. Could I be pregnant? Or is my body just wacko right now?
