What would you mamas do?

I've had all my kids vaginally , I know twins can be different but I really want to have them vaginally too. Baby A has been head down for awhile now , Baby B was traverse but for 2 weeks now baby b is breech. I'm 34 weeks and 1 day , and I'm hoping to make it to 37 weeks. Did any mamas have any luck with baby b flipping? My doctor already said he will not try to deliver the babies if baby b doesn't flip.

I’m sorry your doc won’t try for a vaginal birth if baby B doesn’t flip :( Maybe research ways to naturally help baby flip, I know there are exercises that can help for sure but not positive how it would work with twins, such little space! Good luck to you and if it doesn’t work out, I hope you can find some peace and comfort! You’re already an amazing momma carrying twins, I’m only in week 6 with my twins and the morning sickness is so so hard😭 Praying for a safe delivery for you, whichever way it goes!

I attempted a vaginal birth at 37 weeks. Baby B was breech but flipped last minute. After I pushed baby A out, baby B flipped back to breech and they were never able to flip her back. Ended up with a c-section for baby B. They were born 6.5 hrs apart and have separate birthdays.

I’m only 13 weeks, but I’ve had this discussion with my doctor already, and he says the same as your doctor. If they’re not both head down he won’t even attempt a vaginal delivery, because he doesn’t want to get baby A out and have to rush into a C-section for baby B. I’ve had 5 babies vaginally, and I’m determined I can handle having two more. He keeps telling me we’ll discuss it closer to time, but I want to have them vaginally.

My baby B flipped from breech to head down at 35 weeks. That's bs your doc won't attempt a vaginal delivery. My office told me I was still a candidate for vaginal birth because B can flip after A is out and they won't do breech vaginal deliveries. Best of luck to you!

I am 36+1 and hoping to go into natural labour before induction date at 38 weeks. Both are now head down as baby B flipped at about week 30. After baby A will be born i understand there will be alot of room in the uterus so i wonder if there are some doctors who would be happy to help flip as the baby will need guiding down regardless. Its hard to plan for i can imagine and personally i think if it wasnt for both being head down, i would have gone for a elected csection to calm my mind. You do whatever you feel best about doing x
