Any moms out there who would rather not/ or planning not to circumcise their baby boys?

I personally think an uncircumcised penis does look a bit odd and hygiene is the number one issue; however, I couldn’t put my baby in that pain! My husband claims he’s not circumcised but truly doesn’t look like it. He has no foreskin hanging over his penis, is that possible?! Lol I just want to hear the pros and cons and what you ladies think. Thanks!! :)
