IUI success?

Any success with IUI? Will be trying for my first medicated IUI next week for unexplained infertility

My 3rd medicated iui worked. Don't get discouraged if the first one doesn't work, sometimes it takes a few tries to get the timing/meds just right.

I’ve done three monitored cycles with letrozole and two of those with the trigger shot and iui. None of the three worked and we have unexplained infertility with neither one of us having issues. We are monitoring with letrozole one more time but doing natural conception this time around. If it doesn’t take this month we are going to take a break for two or three months and moving onto ivf .
