boob rash?

what is this? i have been working out & sweating like crazy for the past 4 days & i’m assuming it’s some kind of sweat bra rash? there are bumps & the rash is very painful.

Heat rash! I usually put baby powder underneath when that happens & it helps dry the area.

Definitely heat rash! Take a break from working out and go bra less as much as possible (wear a compression tank top if necessary)

I get this all the time believe it or not desitin diaper rash cream works wonders!

I have had this in the past when working out. For me I use spray on deodorant under my boobs before working out and make sure you are wearing the right size bra for working out. I would let the rash heal before getting back to exercise.
