Could i be pregnant or just sick

On the 10th i fainted I’m not sure why but afterwards i immediately was wondering if i could be pregnant early on... ever since then if i don’t eat for a long time i get a headache and feel nauseous my vision gets blurry also ...is this a pregnancy symptom?
