i don’t think there is much you can do to prevent it. Some women barely loose anything but some like me had chunks just falling out 😂 i had to get my hair cut after a few months of having my son because my hair was so uneven from all my hair that fell out 🤦🏼‍♀️

Girl the only advice is to just let that shit fall out 😂😭 it sucks, but it’ll come back! 
My second pregnancy took my edges all the way out lol. They’re back Now.
