who should I see??

I have some pink bumps in my pubic area, I went to my OBGYN a few months ago and she said they’re just ingrown hairs and they’ll heal on their own. I stopped shaving for a while but I used nair today and now one of them is bleeding. what kind of doctor should I see if any? (I didn’t list my normal doctor bc he’s my childhood best friend’s dad and I don’t really want to talk to him about it or show him what’s going on)
