Yes. Depending on what is wrong with your vision, like how you got your condition, it may be passed on to your children. If you became blind through an accident obviously it wouldnt be passed down to them. But if it was acquired through disease progression or something you were born with it could be. Obviously if ita nearsightedness or faraightedness then that is passed down. Having something wrong with your vision doesnt impair your parenting abilities as far as being a decent person and being able to parent someone, or get pregnant.
