I go back to work in two weeks. I had my baby 2 months ago & for one I have really bad hemorrhoids two I have developed eczema on my fingers especially the right index finger & its severely cracked & I'm exclusively breastfeeding I feel like I can't go back to work with jacked up fingers that bleed & hemorrhoids that make me stall when I'm walking & all of a sudden need to pass a bowel movement. How do I get my dr to give me time until I heal. I'm a dental assistant & use my fingers for alot of small tools. At home I cant open a door knob without my finger bleeding. This sucks. I use special creams all day but it just cracks over & over again.
