Help! Multiple follicles and timed intercourse

Hello! Im 33 and was with menopur 23 days because i have HA( amenhorrea) . I overstimulated and had 17,15,15 and 14 eggs E2 at 600 ; lining 11mm. So doctor decided to cancel.. however i was prescribed the trigger as i dont ovulate on my own. My husband is varicocele grade 1 and normal morphology 1% in one and after had 4% .. so we decided ( against doctor advise) to BD the day after trigger and the second day after trigger.. now panicking of multiples.. Btw previous cycle had two :18 and 15 and did not fall pregnant. So.. lets hope it gets good. I’ve read with

some go ahead with 4.. so TI might be for sure less risky.

What do you think? Experiences? I will move to

since its hard to stimulate selectively my ovaries.. we just wanted not to lose this opportunity
