I have a fever....with a newborn ?

My daughter is 24 days old. I been feeling shaking and I had a bad headache since last night. I took my temperature this morning and it’s 101.0. What do I do? I’m so stressed, can I be around my baby? Can I still breastfeed her? I don’t know what to do!!

Completly safe to breastfeed while sick.  If you have something contagious your body will make antibodies and pass it along to baby in the milk. Its actually encouraged to breastfeed while sick. 
As for the fever thing,  they told me when I left the hospital that a fever in the first 7 days means a trip to the ER. Call your doctors office if they're open,  if not, just go to the hospital. Don't mess around,  there could be something wrong.

You can be around your baby and you can still breastfeed. Breastfeeding would actually help in preventing her from getting sick. No need for formula! 
Take some Tylenol to relieve the fever. Just practice cleanliness. Washing hands, don’t kiss her, etc. it’ll be fine. If your fever doesn’t improve after taking some Tylenol then I would call your doctor to see what they recommend

Call your doctor. You could have an infection, like mastitis, endometritis, a UTI, or retained placenta/products of conception. You may need antibiotics. Breastfeeding is ok, even if viral, since the antibodies get transferred.
