Cant get back to sleep!

Hey ladies! I'm 4 weeks pregnant & for the past week I can fall asleep right away but then I will wake up in the middle of the night for no reason & then I can't go back to sleep for the rest of the night & I've never had this happen before I got pregnant. Has anyone else had this before? Does it get better? Or worse as I progress in my pregnancy? Thanks!
