unicournus uterus and infertility

I was just diagnosed with a UU and have been trying to convince for 3 years. I have been reading a lot of information and see that it mainly effects preterm labor. Has anyone been diagnosed with this and had difficulty conceiving? It’s been 3 years of trying and I have never been pregnant.
