BBT rise
Okay so a lady on here told me I hadn’t ovulated yet and told me to download a different app for my BBT. That was helpful mainly because I’m pretty sure I ovulated I just wasn’t consistent with my temp times which is why some of these might not be right or are so jagged. Besides that is it a good sign with that big of a rise?
