Kyleena is a better option if you have never been pregnant, miscarriage or not... Mirena is a bit bigger than Kyleena. You could always go on the Kyleena website the have a little test you can take to see if it’s a match for you.

I have Skyla I love it . I love the fact of not having to remember to take a pill or go get a shot every 3 months .

I use Liletta. (Hormonal IUD) So far I havent had any big issues. The first two weeks, I kinda forgot it was in there because I had no problems. Then lately I’ve had about 3 days of bad cramps but, I just took some pain reliever medicine and the pain went away. So far it’s been good for me but everyone body is different!🤷🏾‍♀️😌

Mirena because its fda approved to treat heavy periods and i have heavy periods. Kyleena is less likely to stop periods and also more likely to give you irregular bleeding
