Swaddling
My baby hasn’t liked having his arms in the swaddle since he was a few weeks old. So I swaddled him with his arms out. I’ve been trying to have him sleep without swaddling because I read if they can sleep with arms out they’re ready for transitioning. Every time I don’t swaddle him he doesn’t sleep by himself at night or as long. He is 8 weeks. When did you transition your baby and how did you go about it?
