Weekly photo App?

I've seen posts of the belly bump with a creative font saying the weeks and size (fruit size) of the baby? Any suggestion on apps to use?

like this?  I use photofy. I had to pay $1.99 to purchase the sticker package with the weekly fruit ones.  But I didn't think that was a bad deal. There are some free options that just say weeks.  But I liked having the fruit size comparisons :)
