Warning Boil TMI (pic is cropped) HELP!!!

There is this boil in my outside flaps (sorry don’t know the term) and it’s been here for a while. It’s pretty small but super sensitive and painful to touch. There is a tiny hole in the top. Even though it was like someone was stabbing me with a pin I squeezed it over and over as drained so much blood out of it. Now it is way less painful to touch. Should I be worried. I usually have tiny bumps or pimples on my bulbs that go away after a while. Is this boil normal or should I be worried!!!? (I’m embarrassed about the hair but I’m not a baby’s butt smooth vulva type of girl)
