When do your temps drop for AF?

I’m 12dpo with temps still high and getting BFN’s...
When does your temp drop for AF? A few days before? Day of?

It's different for every woman and every cycle. I usually would get drops just the day before AF and sometimes the day of. But you might not even get a drop in temps until after you get your period.

I agree with other comment.. Some months mine won't drop at all and others its just before. Test every 2 days til BFP or AF.
