3 day periods 38 day cycle help me understand 🤔🤔🤔

I think I have regular periods. Only 3 days . I do get intense cramping but some months I don’t and it normally stops after the first day. What does this chart mean . Will I have issues conceiving ? does anyone have a similar cycle and was able to get a bfp ?
