What rules will you have for visitors when you have your baby?

Obviously wash hands and no kissing but that’s all I can think of. 
My first born was hospitalized at 6 weeks old because he got RSV and I really don’t wanna go through that again.
Edit: My mom smokes, my dad smokes, my brothers smoke, my brother in law smokes, and my fiancé’s mom smokes, I don’t really know what rule I can implement there but I really don’t want my newborn baby around 3rd hand smoke.

My mom gave my sister a great rule that I will be implementing. “If mom wants baby back, for any reason, she doesn’t have to explain herself and whoever is holding baby must pass baby back”

No showing up until I’m ready whether 6 hours or 6 days.  I can’t predict what I’ll feel like after.
My 14 year old has an immunodeficiency disorder so people already know they can’t visit if they even have the slightest suspicion they might be ill, for her safety, so that goes without saying.

My FIL smokes and so do a couple of my friends. We told them that they need to shower before and not smoke before holding the baby. My friends it won’t be an issue but my FIL is the worst. If someone smells like smoke they’re not holding my baby

As long as everyone is healthy and washes hands is my rule. We have no smokers in the family so that’s not a concern. I ask they are up to date on tdap and flu vaccines also. I worked in Peds as a nurse and saw too many kids with preventable illness due to no vaccines. Those are my rules 🤷🏼‍♀️ to each their own

Those were all the "rules" I had. But I basically just told people who came in the room or over to my house. I didn't post a whole essay on social media or anything, like I see these days.

Who gets to stay at the hospital long enough for visitors these days anyways!!?
My family lives at least five hours away by car; they will visit us a few weeks to a few days after. My MIL and FIL will probably come after work. And my best friend. 
Everyone else can wait until we get home. 
If you have people who smoke who want to visit you at home the first few weeks, maybe get some cheap scrubs in 2-3 sizes and ask them to change into those before they can hold the baby? You can ask them to bring clean clothes, but if they smoke in their home, their clean clothes probably smell of smoke too.

I would request don’t kiss my baby. Wash your hands. Don’t smell like smoke. And do not post pictures of my child before I do.

Those are the biggest ones. 
Also if you feel sick at all, even sniffles you are not allowed around the baby!! If you just got over being sick you are not allowed around the baby.
