Vomiting/nausea

I cannot keep anything down. It's getting very serious. I have missed a lot of work and can't seem to get better. I am at 9 weeks and had my ultrasound on Monday. Everything with the baby looks great. My doctor recommended Reglan - does anyone have any success stories with Reglan? I have to work to I don't want anything that makes my drowsy. I don't want to take medicine at all but I feel at this point it is my only option.
