Period?

Hello, I’m a bit worried. I know I’m not pregnant but I’m still concerned.

A couple nights ago me and my bf had rough sex. And like any rough sex you’ll bleed a bit after. And at first it was old blood and a little bit of red blood. And I’m still bleeding. It’s like spotting. I’m not sure why. I’m not having pain or anything.
