Cruel Trick - Period Came 6 Days Early

I got my Mirena out on 6/17 - took about 40 days to get my period. Period was normal, I ovulated when Glow said I would, was getting the ‘is it early preg or is it pms symptoms’ then today, 6 days before I’m supposed to get AF, she comes ☹️. Had slight hope it was implantation bleeding but it seems too heavy based on what I’ve read. So sad.
