Woke up this morning with this on my panty liner

I am using a vaginal progesterone gel but it hadnt caused any spotting like this just clumpy discharge every few days.

With my history of (4 miscarriages) I automatically assumed the worst because this is how it usually goes. I get some spotting I come to ER and I’m told pregnancy has not progressed and that there’s no heartbeat

This time was different!!! 🙏🏽 there was baby measuring right on time with a strong heartbeat of 160. Doctor said there was no hematoma or any reason they could see for the bleeding. That sometimes this just happens 😭 was told to rest and stay hydrAted
