What is this?

This has been on my armpit for a few days and it HURTS so badly. I can barely move my arm or take my shirt off. It started off as one bump. At first to thought it was razor bumps but it’s above my shaving line so now I’m not sure

Looks like yeast. 
This is weird but this looks exactly what it looks like when a baby breaks out in a yeast rash on their bottoms. 
I used to be an infant daycare teacher lol that’s how I know this.

Something that looked exactly like that happened to me a few years ago..it was an allergic reaction to antiperspirant. Let it clear up and switched to natural deodorant and never had the issue again. Might not be your issue but might be something to keep in mind if you can't figure anything else out.
