I had a miscarriage 7 weeks ago. Since then I have had one period that lasted 3 days and then a week later I had a two day very light period. Four days ago I started with extreme exhaustion, where I’m taking 2-4 naps a day and still going to bed at a decent time. And on and off nausea that is sometimes mild and sometimes severe. Also a headache off and on.

I took a pregnancy test about a week ago (even though I knew I wasn’t pregnant because of the periods). It was negative.

What is wrong with me?
