Induced period

I had my period induced at 6 weeks postpartum it has been 31 days I am getting PMS cramps but still no period and I am breastfeeding..took pregnancy test and I am not pregnant ... what is happening here I am really confused 🤷🏾‍♀️ could the breastfeeding be a reason why I still didn’t get my period....even though I had all the pms symptoms almost one week ago
