I had my Mirena inserted just after 2 weeks ago and my gyne has asked me to track me bleeding/spotting. I have literally been bleeding everyday since? One or two days of spotting but mainly just bleeding constantly. Is this normal? It's got to the point where I'm so light headed and have such bad headaches and I think it's starting to effect my iron levels as I don't eat a lot of red meat... Some help please??
