my fiancé and I were devastated as it’s all we want, long story short, I came off contraception and now we’re pregnant already!!!! 😍😍😍

I am so excited but today I have been in floods of tears and in agony with my symptoms. I’ve not just had morning sickness but I’ve felt nauseas ALL DAY, even just getting up to go to the toilet makes me feel like I’m going to pass out because I feel so weak, everything hurts, I’ve got cramps, and all kinds of pains and I just feel like I’ve been hit by a bus. 😭 I’m in agony. Has anyone else struggled like this? 😪
