Tilted uterus?

Soo I went to the ER because I have been throwing up so bad that I was fearing dehydration. In the ER I received and ultrasound and the tech told me I had a tilted uterus. I have never been told that with none of my other pregnancies. What does this mean? Has anyone else went through this?

I have a tilted uterus and also backwards sort of?  The techs all take a minute and go ohhh the first time they see me lol. They say everything is in the opposite place of where it normally is. 
It's never cause me any complications though!  I have three kids and am pregnant with #4!

I have a tilted uterus. I didn’t find out until I went for my first appointment (I was 33!) I had no complications because of it. It usually rights itself and tilts forward around 10-12 weeks. It’s pretty common - I wouldn’t worry!

I have one. My whole family women-wise does. Just means your uterus is tilted back slightly

I would like to know this as well. When they tried to break my water at the hospital they told me and I was thinking thanks for telling me now. Lol
