Needing some advice from people who have had kiddos close together!

I’m currently in my two week wait..but my period is supposed to come in the next few days.

I had my first postpartum period July 27th. It was pretty normal, kind of light though.

The last week or so I’ve been having some weird things happen. Hair falling out (like it did when I was pregnant with my son), headaches, extreme exhaustion (napping every time my 3 Month old does), and the other day I almost threw up after we had McDonald’s breakfast...I was hoping it was because it was McDonald’s 😅 lol. I’ve taken 2 tests but I know its pointless because my period isn’t due yet..just wondering if those of you that had kids super close together (like 12 months or so) had any advice or anything I can expect or if this sounds familiar.

Obviously I know the only way to know for sure is a positive test!

Oh, also I’m exclusively breastfeeding my son, and my milk has a strange smell to me the last few days so that had me concerned 🙃
