Tattoo spreading?

Is this normal? Is there any way to have this fixed? These pictures are from a few days after I got it and then one year later. The lines have spread out and it just looks kind of mucky. I never realized how much thicker it looks until I just looked at the picture from when I first got it.

It’s “blown out” which means the tattoo artist went too deep in the skin. The only way to fix it is to get it slightly removed and re-done or covered... 😬 I’ve been there before..

I have several tattoos and none of mine have ever done this...even the ones I’ve had for over 10 years. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Looks normal! The tattoo looks very small and the lines were probably too thin for the size of it, but yeah it will spread like that over time.

Your body is working on breaking down the ink to carry to the lymphatic system to remove from your body. It's a pretty cool system, but leaves us with imperfect tattoos.

Lol it’s aging. You can’t stop it. And no it’s not blown out. The edges are still even just blurry. That’s just tattoos for you.
