Switching IUD's after a week?

I feel like I made a mistake getting the Mirena. I got it a week ago. My insurance covered 100% of it. I keep seeing everywhere that it causes major weight gain. And after my pregnancy I'm trying to lose weight. If i get switched to the paragard, does anyone know if my insurance will cover that being only a week after I got the Mirena?

IUD doesn’t cause weight gain, everything I’ve read says it doesn’t anyways. Different for everyone. I’ve heard the non hormonal IUD is not pleasant.

Ive had nirena for a year. I havent gained any weight. The hormones stay in your uterus. All other hormonal birth controls circulate your blood stream. Youre actually less likely to get side effects from hormonal iuds.
