Cetrotide- it stops ovulation, right?

Question

I had a 24mm follicle Thursday, and my egg retrieval is Sunday. I had a few others- 18, 14, 11, and 10. I am afraid of losing the 24. Trigger tonight, my last Cetrotide dose was Thursday. Does anyone have experiences? TIA!

Yes, when are you doing the trigger shot? Tomorrow night? Then retrieval Sunday?

I had a front runner, too. Not sure if it released (my last ultrasound was friday and I go for retrieval tomorrow morning). They did tell me to have sex just in case it were to release but not to the day of HCG trigger shot and up to 10 days after.

I ovulated right through cetrotide.   2 cycles in a row (used different medication 2nd cycle). So hopefully it will do it’s job with you.  It usually does.  I’m just a lucky girl🤞🏼
