I swear I keep seeing something, 13 DPO

I have a bunch of pregnancy symptoms. I took off my bra and my boobs were super veiny (my husband immediately said he’s never seen those veins before) and my nipples kinda look a little purple, they are extremely sore and I keep getting a shooting pain that starts on the side and goes to my nipple. I’m pretty tired but I could make it through the day without a nap. Have some mild cramping that only lasts a few seconds. What do you think?
